Bonus 2GB message

I've been using $40 plan for year, and I got this message.

Koodo: Bonus data! To thank you for choosing Koodo, we're giving you a bonus 2 GB monthly data add-on for 6 months, or until you upgrade your phone. Reply YES by November 20, 2017 to add this to your plan. The bonus data will just disappear after 6 months - no strings attached! You're included on the list for Koodo offers and deals. To be excluded reply unsubscribe or visit (url hidden)

So I replied YES, and it gives me this message, which is

I went to add-ons management and there was no options about bonus 2 GB data. Since this offer will end by Nov 20, I need help now! Maybe I need direct help from Koodo to add this bonus data.

I would check your Koodo Self-serve to see if the add-on is already added. If not, get in touch with Koodo through a private message in Facebook :)

I tried this on Facebook. No reply from Koodo. I guess the bonus offer is not real...

That error message doesn't look good for Koodo, but I got a quick laugh out of it. Hopefully Koodo resolves this soon.
