Why did I receive a text from Koodo saying that I have used up 75% of my included data? I have only used 245 MB of Mobile data and 12.57 MB of Wi-Fi data. My limit is 5 GB with a warning at 3.2 GB..

Depending on the phone, it would have an internal data usage chart. Make sure the usage cycle matches that of your Koodo bill cycle. I've received calls abotu this and once the usage cycle in the phone was changed, issue was resolved.

What kind of phone do you have?

Maybe you have been using data when you weren't aware? Possibly the background applications have been using your data? What type of phone do you have? More information would be greatly appreciated.

"My limit is 5 GB with a warning at 3.2 GB.."

If you have an android, that's not your actual plan. That is a feature built into the phone that tells you when you have reached a certain point in your data usage and can cut you off too after a certain point.

Quite possible if she lives in Saskatchewan and has that 5gb plan. Not too sure though since she hasn't responded lol
Thank you! That's exactly the answer. I eventually figured it out for myself. But I wish I could set the actual plan limit on the chart !

You can. There is an ioption above the chart that should say "usage cycle." tap on that and then tap on "change usage cycle" to the date to be the start of your bill cycle. once that is saved, it should balance out to match that of your bill cycle so it would be easier to track usage for said cycle.

And you set the plan limit and warning by dragging the wide part of the orange and red bars.
