Bluetooth won't enable in my Moto G4 Plus.

It was working fine 2 days ago, but as of yesterday, it simply won't turn on. When I go to settings>bluetooth, it claims to be on, but that no paired devices are available. There should be 3 devices listed.
If I go to settings>bluetooth>more settings, it says that bluetooth is off. When I try to turn it on with the toggle, the word changes to on, but the toggle button does not change colour to indicate that it actually worked. If I go back to the paired devices area and then right back to more settings, it will be off again.
I've tried resetting the network settings.
Any other thoughts?

Try resetting application settings by going to: Settings > Apps > Reset Application Settings. The article below describes the problem in greater detail.

Thanks!! Seems to have worked! I'll need to pair everything from scratch, but at least devices are showing and Bluetooth turns on.
