So when I sign into my account on my computer or mobile. I can't access any pages properly. All that comes up is a blue background and a green rectangle in the middle of the screen.... WTF Koodo?!

If customer is seeing this on desktop and mobile, it might be something with the account?

OK so i figured out why this screen happened and Via Facebook messaging support with Tayeb. We've been trying to get the profile creation email to come through to me but it is not working at all.
Before anyone asks I have no filters set up on my email and have checked, "all mail" "Junk mail" "Spam" and my inbox to no avail. I've received other emails from koodo regarding payment etc before so there is no reason it should not work now.
Please tell me there is some other way I can set up my self serve account! All I want to do is be able to check my bills online and it's becoming increasingly difficult to do so since this is now going on two days.

No I've finally gotten access. Stil no solid answer why it was giving issue though. Oh well
