My iPhone 7 was stolen a few weeks ago and I bought a new phone directly from Apple. I went to the koodo store since I needed a new sim card and while I was there I asked the koodo worker if she could blacklist my stolen phone for me (I had the serial number ready) and she completely dismissed me and just told me to do it online. I've been looking online and can't find where I can do it.

You could call *611 from your cellphone or send message to Koodo facebook, so they can do it for you.

For stolen iPhone, I would suggest you go to iCloud and put it into lost mode, just in case someone found it, they could contact you.

I'm sorry that the worker just dismissed you! Here's how to suspend your phone yourself via self serve:

Log in to your Self Serve account.
Select the Mobile services section in the drop-down menu.
Select Report your lost or stolen phone.
Select Suspend my phone.

thanks! I thought this option was just to suspend the services on the phone, but it also gets the phone blacklisted?
