Blackberry 10.3 OS for Q5... When is Koodo planning on releasing it?

I've been reading updates and watching and checking my phone for the 10.3 update... still nothing from Koodo. When will it be released for us Q5 users who are stuck waiting and waiting around for it? Will it ever be released?

I suspect it will be released soon. Telus just issued the z30 update a day ago, a little behind Bell and Rogers.
I checked with a tool called Sachesi, and right now Bell/Rogers have released 10.3.1 for the Q5. Telus/koodo can't be far behind, they tend to be in sync.

If you want to force the update, you can use Sachesi or get an inactive or active sim from Bell or Rogers, (even if your phone is locked) and it will trigger.

Still waiting for the BB 10.3.1 update in Sudbury Ontario.

Has anybody got any info on when Koodo is sending the update?

Winston I just updated my brother-in-laws BB z10 without going through Koodo for it. If you haven't got your updated let let me know & I'll show you how to get all your updates & do backups very easy.

On my brothers phone yes. It installed Rogers app so I assume it grabbed updates from them.

Yes. It has been for anyone on 10.3.1 since 2014/12/17

I have a Q5. This afternoon a message appeared on the phone mentioning it was updating to 10.3.

Mine is trying to update now, but the download keeps crapping out.

I charged my phone while it updated, apparently a power source should be used according to the message on my phone. Also either wifi or data on. Maybe that will help keep the download from crapping out.

keeps crapping out for me, too,for the past two days. Deleted every app, picture, video to make room, still won't work. Through the Blackberry Link it tells me that my current version (10.2.1.3062) is the most recent....

In the end, the solution was to backup, wipe the phone, update, and then restore.

Now if I could only get Blend to work...
