My account has been going over my plan limit and my fiancé has the same phone as I do but she is currently receiving her service from stupid Rogers. Is there someway we can both be on with Koodo and hold our same cell numbers and get a better rate. I'm presently paying for my phone and so is she with Rogers. We need a break and help. Does Koodo have any ideas to reduce our costs and get us out of this mess.

You can port her number into your account from Rogers. Once both lines are on the same Koodo account, all talk between you two will be unlimited, regardless of the plan you have.

If she gets her current Rogers phone unlocked, you can save 10% on that monthly bill by not getting a new phone through Koodo, providing that the phone is compatible with Koodo.

I can't recommend any specific plans because I don't know what plans you have now nor do I know what your overages are. If you could let us know, I or someone else will help you further.

As long as it is not an iphone, you could bring the phone to Koodo and they can unlock it for you for free.

Hey Kimberly!
If you both want to be with KOODO, head down to a KOODO kiosk, see if your eligible to have another line on the account. If you are eligible, you can move the number from Rogers to KOODO, they will need the phone number and account number imei or pin number from rogers. The number will be moved from Rogers to KOOODO. You can choose any plan for her. If you have more the one phone number on the account it is free calling between the numbers on the account, so you can talk to each other as much as you want.
To avoid overages I would suggest calling KOODO customer service and see where your going over and maybe changing your plan to something with more mins and data. :)

Hope this helps :D

With her bringing her number over to Koodo and both numbers being on ONE account, $$$ is saved already because calling eachother is free!!
