ok so im on a $20 monthly plan. earlier on i recieved a text saying my e-bill is ready and it is $54.18 so i went on my self-serve to see what i went over but i stayed in the limit of everything and on top of that it says my bill is $26.18 so i am soo confused what to do right now.
sorry that i ask so much questions:)

Hi there... If the account balance is 26.18$, it means that this is what you owe to Koodo, this is probably since the payment was received after the bill was ready... Any payment received after the billing cycle will show up on your next bill.

You would have to wait until the april 11th bill is processed. assuming you did not go outside of the plan allowance, it would be $20 plus tax

Sometimes and in the self service it is listed that you're bill might not be updated or the latest and doesn't reflect your current balance due to information gathering. Or maybe the message you got is an old one, so you can check for the final bill from the billing in self service.
