Why is my koodo bill $87.79. I realize I had added a package for the US which would terminate at the end of March 2014. I see that the recent payment is much higher than my monthly plan. I'm sure there is an explanation for this. I cannot locate my bill for april and the web page is not active for self serve. THank you

If you're having trouble getting onto self serve your only option is to call customer service. On here we're customers just like you and have no access to your billing details.

Easiest way to get ahold of them is *611 from your cell phone.

I live close to the US border. I received a $5.00 charge on my latest bill, the date of which corresponds to a visit to that part of town (Victoria, BC). I know how to prevent this from happening, but I had forgotten to change my settings after a trip out of town. How do I get this charge removed?
