I was charged extra for no reason but then a Koodo customer service representative said that the amount won't be deducted. Although, it eventually deducted extra charges, this is not satisfactory customer service. The charge was supposed to be only $30 and not $52.
And these are the charges that were not supposed to be applied.

Koodo reps do not have the ability to prevent charges from appearing on your bill, the best they are able to do is issue a credit for the amount of those charges, which would typically be immediately applied against the balance owing. Depending on when you called about these charges, that might have been before the previous month's payment was made. Would that, by any chance have been lower than usual?

@Snehil, at the end of October you changed to a plan with no data included in it. On your last invoice you have incurred pay-per-use data charges.  You also have pre-authorized credit card payments set up on your account. Everything seems to be in order. Hope this explains things.

I agree with Sheila. He got charged $1.50 for 0.0mb daily. It's nothing seems to be in order...
And why there is some different charge amount?

The data charge on his bill was strange though. $1.5 for 0.01MB for many days.
