I am trying to get billing sorted out however i am finding dealing with Koodo to be very frustrating. I do not wish to navigate through facebook or messaging. Give me an email address where I can send in my complaint your contact tab is completely useless I have a problem with one of my phones generating data charges even though it is not used and the cellular data is turned off. I have been billed 11.25 last cycle for this and I see .75 cents today.

Have you tried turning your data off?  You might have apps in the background using your data.  Facebook, Play Store, Email, all are notorious for this.

The data is off and has been off for a couple of days now fb etc should only work when the phone is attached to wifi. this phone number was never authorized to use data and never did but now Koodo is allowing it to accept data outside of its wifi use

" this phone number was never authorized to use data and never did but now Koodo is allowing it to accept data outside of its wifi use"

That's not how it works. The phone (and user) is in control of data use, not the network, unless you specifically request a data block. Any phone can access pay-per-use data, if the settings of the phone are such as to allow it. You may wish to fully review the settings on the phone to confirm that data is turned off both generally ,and for each app, to prevent data leakage.

Koodo can provide a data block to prevent data leakage. If I recall, the monthly fee is $2.

OK so why does the phone still incur data charges even with the data switched off. Go to the Web site and see a small data chrge for 0 megs of data and a .75 cent charge. Also koodo should be very up front with people and let them know that they provide no customer support and there is no way to dispute a bill

Because some phones are terrible at controlling data. Older phones may even have data leaks. It's the device that's using data. Add the data block to your account for maximum peace of mind.

Probably would be a good idea what I find frustrating is that some data was charged and some was not then the. 75 cent charge for 0 data what is this a tip??
