My son and I both opened up separate accounts from Koodo on March 27/2015. He got his first invoice the beginning on April and I have yet to get my first one but keep getting texts saying I am getting at my limit ( spending account 200.00) Ok so I go to my account to pay and it says minimum payment and enter card number which I do then the response is you cannot pay more than the 20% of your bill . I can pay 0.00 Ok then how in the heck do I pay this thing and why are we getting bills at different times when we opened the accounts on the same day and same location

Hi Alice,

You can view the ammount you owe on your Koodo bill by loging into your self serve account and go under billing. From there it will tell you what you owe and when it is due.
You can pay online with a credit card or pay through your bank account under the same billing section on self serve

Typically there is no "minimum payment" when it comes to paying off your phone bill, its a bill not a credit card.

If you have any more questions, don' hesitate

Hope this helps!
