I have the $50 plan. I just received my December bill. Through the Self Serve app on my phone my bill is $6.50 but when I download the paper bill it says I owe $56.50. I am getting a $50 credit because of the bring a friend referral. How come the paper bill doesn't reflect the credit? how much am I suppose to pay?

Your bill was produced prior to the credit hence the amount it reflects. The app is real time. Indeed your outstanding balance is only $6.50 now that you got the refer a friend credit.
The credit is applied immediately, but the system processes the bill on paper as usual and will show next billing, pay the $6.50
