hello my daughter has a koodo phone. though she has 100 minutes but she used only 52 minutes. but I see more charges?

Have you checked your ebill to see a full breakdown of your charges? It could be a charge for roaming, data, long distance, etc.
Is this the first month of service or has the plan been changed recently?
