Billing problem no text or email receive

I receive my phone bill today, but I never received my text or email showing me my phone bill came today and I also have both text and Email check marked. Any help?

My billing cycle is from Sept.15 to Oct.14 and I got my notification today during lunch.

If your billing cycle is 1 day after mine, I would guess your should get your notification tomorrow

Normally I received a text from 400-500-0205 when the bill is ready. You could double check if it was archived or gone somewhere.

You could call them and ask if they have record of sending you anything. If they said they sent text and you didn't receive it, then it could be a problem somewhere.

On the other hand, always check your billing online in self-serve, that is the official billing place. If you don't see a text, it doesn't mean you don't have a bill.
