Hi! My Koodo number is 6478506773. I signed up for Koodo last week and my plan is $30 with 200 minutes, 100 MB data and unlimited texting. According to the plan, after 5. pm and weekends free. So far I have used 7MB data, but my account indicates $37 bill. It shows additional $3 for data. How it happened if I have 100MB. My second question is I have talked mostly after 5 PM, weekends and public holidays. Now my account indicates usage as 38 minutes. Does this mean I have another 162 minutes left, although I used after 5P.M.?

Your $37 could be $7 partial charge(from activation date to end of the billing cycle) + $30 full month charge.
This link will show you about your partial charge

If you just sign up with Koodo, there shouldn't be $3 data charge specially with only 7MB usage.... So you will need to call Koodo and ask about it  if you actually get charged on your bill.

For your minutes, Holidays doesn't count as weekend if its not weekend(From 5pm Friday to 8am Monday)
