billing online self serve not letting me change address

I am trying to update my address online and I am constantly greeted with the message "Sorry, you are not authorized to access this information." I have read other post and there has been suggestions to call customer service and i do not want to do that. Is there any other way to fix this. I find it frustrating to call.

Are you changing to an address in another province?

No I'm changing my address in the same province. We moved a few weeks blocks down but I am unable to even access the page

Do you mean your unable to access self serve all together or just the change of address page?
It may be due to a regional plan that you could have that's only available in a specific province of something, I think you will have to call customer service Unfourtunatley and find out the issue exactly.
