I have the email box checked. If I click "change" that eventually takes you to your "my profile" page where you can change your email which isn't what I want to do. What am I missing?

You need to call Koodo to have this fixed. You should see an email address right above the change tab. There isn't one there so give them a call to fix.

From the screenshot it looks like there is no email for the email notification to go to. It prolly should say Change/Add.

I don't want to change it. But shouldn't it show the email address the notifications are sent to? Same as the number being displayed.

I'm not able to check off the "Email notification" check box and confirm changes. It doesn't stay selected.

No that isn't what the user wants to change. They should see an email to change. Which they don't. They need to call in or maybe a Koodo rep can stop by and fix it.

If it doesnt stay checked, then I would send Koodo a private message via facebook or twitter and a rep can investigate

Bill notifications can only be emailed to the same address you use to sign into self serve. That's why you get the warning if you try to change it.

double check that your email for bill and usage notifications is the same as the login email for self-serve. Also make sure you're on the PRIMARY USER self-serve account and NOT a subscriber's account with self-serve privileges.

The problem is that the email notification box won't stay checked. That is because there is no email address there to send an email to.
Only Koodo can fix this for him because whether the notification box is checked or not there should be an email address shown there. Hitting the change button takes him to his my profile page where you can change your email address which the user doesn't want to do as they already mentioned.
