Billing notification by email

I have never received an e-bill by email. I have the email box checked. If I click "change" that eventually takes you to your "my profile" page where you can change your email which isnt what I want to do. What am I missing?

Yes in the "my profile" in self serve it has the yahoo email in there which is the email I use to log in to self serve.

Now in front of the "change" button I see the shaw email which wasnt there before as per the pic I posted above.

When I click on "change" a window pops up for about 2 seconds where I can see the option to use existing yahoo address but then disappears and it takes me to "my profile".
