I was trying to pay my bill last Saturday night. But, i wasn't able to pay my bill. I thought there was an error. But, It paid from my account for five times.

Wow that's a lot. You have two options: first option is to leave the money there and you don't have to pay for the next 5 bills. The other option if you need that money back now is to send a private message to Koodo via Facebook Messenger or DM via Twitter to ask to have it refunded.

Hi everyone,

If you have overpaid your account, the refund request cannot be accomplished through private messaging on Twitter or Facebook Koodo page. You would rather contact the Payment Management Department by dialing 1-855-325-6636. The refund will take 3 to 6 weeks to get to you in a cheque format.
