I have the $45 data plan. I do not understand why my ebill is for $81.
Can you help me under stand?

Because we cannot access your account, we wont be able to fully explain why your bill is that high.

Are you a new customer? Is this your first bill? If so, there's something called Proration that happens to your first bill. Basically what it means is that you would have signed up before your billing date, and thus have to pay for the days used before that date + Your first months bill. Koodo reps should explain this when going through your First Bill document, or even your Service Agreement.

If this is not the case, your best option is to be to either go into a Koodo store and have them look into it, OR , give customer service a call :) They'd be happy to investigate.

Page 3 should have a breakdown of what the charges were. Could have been late payment, proration, excess airtime/data used, or any combination of the above.
