Hey Idris, sorry to hear you're having billing issues however this platform is not the place o inquire about such things. In order to speak with a rep who has access to your account, you'll need to call Koodo at *611 from your Koodo phone. They can explain the charge(s) to you and can correct them if necessary.

And it says long distance charges for that specific call Idris? This is an open forum for customers helping one another although it get tricky if it's about your bill as we can't see it. :-)

Maybe you went over your minutes? Maybe you called a paid landline?

Nope, it is free because you do not ask them to do anything. You're just asking them a simple question.

*611 is free on your Koodo cell. Also you can contact Koodo Customer Care via email and they reply within 1 business day. You can also dispute charges there.
