I hAVE NOT HAD THIS PHONE ACTIVE SINCE LAST JUNE I MADE A PAYMENT OF 40 DOLLARS MONTHS AGO I CANNOT ACCESS MY ACCOUNT TO SEE WHERE YOU ARE COMING UP WITH THESE CHARGES

I'm not really sure what you mean, Anne-Marie. Are you saying you had an inactive account for almost one year and were asked to pay $40? Could that be an old outstanding invoice that was never paid, or did I misunderstand your question?
