Why the hell cant I pay my bill when a billing cycle is done. It always takes 3-4 days after the billing cycle to have my bill show up. The day changes every god damn month. I pay my bill with my credit card and I want to pay off my credit card before my credit card bill cycle is due in the middle of the month so I don’t have to carry over a bill onto next month. Pretty stupid when my cycle for phone ends on the 6th yet my bill doesn’t show up until the 11th and my credit card period is already over on the 10th. Fix your shit and make it more efficient. The bill date changing every month is a joke and pre authorized payments will not remedy the problem. If my cycle is done on the 7th send the god damn bill on the 7th not the 12th. Every time I log into self serve which is a pain in the a** because you guys were too lazy to keep your simple app running and 9 times out of 10 you’re undergoing maintenance. It won’t even let me pay my bill in “advance” because it says nothing is owing at this time. Should have the option to have a positive balance that gets deducted whenever you guys get around to sending bills. Ready to switch companies just due to your stupid billing.
