Billing cycle/pay period

I have a question about my bill/billing cycle. I recently paid my first bill (partial charges from Aug. 4 - Aug 13 plus bill cycle between August 14-Sept 13). However, I am now getting a notification that my current bill is due that covers a billing cycle from August 14 -September 13. When I click on the view your bill it says here the coverage is from Sept. 14 - Oct. 13.Today’s date is Sept. 18 so my bill is saying I have to pay for a future period. Do I pay bill for a future billing cycle or is there an error on my bill? I have called Koodo and they didn't seem to understand my problem. Thank you.

Yes. We always pay in advance for monthly/postpaid account.

I just received my September bill for Sep 15 to Oct 14 :)

In addition to what Mayumi indicated, any extras or overages from the past month are added to your current bill.
