How can I still be billed mothly and my phone has been disconnected for 3 months at least? Also, why was I not allowed to pay my bill and stay with koodo?

If you haven't paid your bill and your phone was disconnected then that's why your still getting a bill. The money owed is still owed and you will continue to get billed from Koodo, until they sell off the bill to a collections company.

Why weren't you allowed to pay your bill? Everyone usually talked about how the carriers try to get every penny from people, so not sure why they wouldn't allow you to pay your bill and stay with Koodo.
