Why do I receive my bill on the 12th and only have until the 1st of the following month to pay? My bill date is the 6th .... why is my bill never delivered on the 6th? I have it sent by email so this should not be an issue.
Your monthly plan probably ends on the 6th of every month. Then your monthly bill arrives on the 12th. Then, because Koodo is so sweet and nice, you have until the 1st of the following month to ensure you have time to pay your bill online.
