Questions regards latest billing fees ? Who or where can I call ?Also trying to cancel add on and once that I confirm transaction the check marks reappear ?

1) Have you downloaded your pdf ebill from self serve?  Usually the deatiled pdf ebill should answer most of your billing questions

2) When removing the add-ons from self serve, Did you complete the transation even if the check marks reappear?

@ Annick was there a specific question re your latest bill? I see the the last payment on your pre-authorized card didn't go through. Also, there is a substantial roaming/long distance amount on your current invoice. If you'd like more details pls contact us on Facebook private messaging.  
why can I not cancel the $7.00 protection add-on, have tried numerous times.
