I'm suppose to have a employee discount with working at superstore. But it took 3 months to get it but was not giving credit for the first 2 months. even though I was told I would have it on the first bill.

Well, you are far better off than us "ordinary" customers. We get no discount period. :-)

Bring this to your manager's attention. She/he is the one that submits the paperwork

They had to send it in 4 times because someone kept losing the paperwork on koodo end. Now just fighting to get the discount

I am now told that I'm not getting the discount for the first 2 months. Koodo should be up front with info. And tell the people they have working for them instead of everybody I talked to either on the phone or in person saying that I was to be getting it.
