I added a US plan on January 30 and my most recent billing does not reflect the additional fees for this service.

Hey Doreen,

You should be able to see it when you log into your Self Serve (click on ''Plans and Add-ons'' then on ''Add-ons'').

If you don't see it, you probably took an Add-on for 3 or 10 days and you should be able to see it on the next invoice :)
