Did you... sign up for e-billing? It should have been selected at time of activation and will show on your paperwork. If you select e-billing, you'd get a registration link to Self Serve for Koodo but if you haven't received it, I would call customer service using either *611 or 1-866-995-6636 from any other phone to have them fix it.

Did you set up the notifications in self serve to your e-mail and correct phone #?Did you have more then 1 subscriber?If so, maybe the other line is getting the notifications.
