How long have you been a Koodo customer? Bills are generated on a monthly basis, a few days after the end of your billing period.

Hey Tammy, if you've forgotten your password to Self serve account, you can recover it online.  Go to the log in page and click on the link 'forgot' right above password. Hope this helps!

Doesn't sound like you have set up a self serve account. Koodo should have sent you an email with a link to set up self serve. Go through that link as you will run into problems if you try setting it up another way.
