Billing - $10 off for 12 months

I received $10 off my first bill & it shows it was supposed to be for 12 months but I haven't received the discount on any bills since the first one.

How many bills has it been? You'll need to contact Koodo directly as billing disputes and issues need to be handled by a rep. You can send a private message to Koodo via Facebook Messenger or DM via Twitter to get it sorted out.
Thanks! I just signed up in May so I've only had 3 bills so far but just the first one had the credit. I will contact Koodo directly.

Usually it's the other way around, your first doesn't have the credit, but the others do.
