My credit card was billed twice, and I would like my money back on my card.

Is this your first bill and the bill was a lot more than usual by any chance? If you're 100% sure you've been billed twice you will have to contact koodo *611 from your koodo phone or 1-866-995-6636.

If you were billed twice then your next bill will have a credit on it so your bill will be 0 or much lower.

If you want, you may call Koodo to confirm than you were billed twice just incase it was recorded as a double billing on your credit card statement and not on Koodo
