I used a 3rd party long distance card which utilises a local Phone #, so no LD charge should be captured but koodo billed me $32.00 for this call. I have an unlimited calling plan. any idea why this would happen?
Also, my bill shows 2 calls of the same details except one had a 0,00 charge.
Thx for any ideas

As long as the phone number you dialed was a local number, there should be no long distance charges. If you call Koodo at *611 from your Koodo phone and explain your situation to the rep and as long as everything is at is seems, they should have no problem crediting the long distance charges.
