billed for airtime used after 5:00pm and weekends

Hey,
I have a 100 minutes Canada wide plan. However, I just noticed that my minutes are being used for weekends and calls after 5:00 pm. My plan clearly states free weekends and after 5 pm.

Where do you see that your minutes are being used? Could you take some screenshots showing this so we can further help?

Entry No: 1-5 etc (billing after 5pm)
Entry No: 8,9,16,17,18,19 etc (billing on weekends)

You will need to contact Koodo to change your number to a number from another province. Yes you can keep your same number but If you want Alberta taxes you will have to change.

@Ibrahim: You could try to do it in your selfserve with the link above. If the system doesn't allow you to switch, then you need to contact Koodo (don't contact them first, or you might be charged for $10)

Correct, you need to contact Koodo to switch your number to different province.
And you won’t get charged for this process since you can’t do it through self serve.
