I recommend looking over your bill first. Look at page 3(self self > billing > view ebill). This will show you all of the charges & explain why your bill is higher.
Yes of course I saw it, I didn't understand What means that can 500mb 500+ Min $50

That's your rate plan. It's the Canada Wide 500MB 500minutes for $50.

That means you have 500 air time minutes to use between 8 am - 5 pm. Evenings & weekends won't use airtime & you won't have any Canada Long distance charges.

You also get unlimited messaging, 500 mb(mobile internet), Call Display, Call WAiting, Voicemail & Conference calling.

The overage rate for the air time is $0.50/minute & the overage rate for the mobile internet is $5/250mb.

I think the problem was the OP didn't know that what he was reading was just the plan name. It does look confusing
