I'm trying to pay my bill through the app not allowing me to load anything from the app, I tried over the phone aswell and it's not accepting my credit card

Hi there Jon... Is the Credit Card you are trying to use under you name? The information on the credit card needs to match the info on Koodo's System (At least Last name and Billing address)...

If you are trying with an international Credit Card, you will have to call Customer Service to get the Credit Card registered on the system...
