Bill Total not making any sense

My bill is not making any sense. I Just recently signed up with Koodo. I just checked my current bill. It says only from April4th - April 9th, which I paid and it shows payment received - It shows bill total of $61.55 and payment of $-61.55, but at the bottom says "please pay $138.13" and I don't know why! and for me to call and ask anyone at Koodo looks like it will cost me? Anyone having any issues with their billing?

It could have been a late payment and then it isn't reflected in that total.

Check page 3 of your bill. It will have all the details you need. It might have been late payment, long distance, extra data, etc.

If you still don't understand what's going on after reading page 3, calling customer service is free. They only charge you if you need to change something you can do yourself online.
