Each of us is on a 55 dollar a montg plan. Tabs were paid off last month no overages and my bill is almost 250.00? On top of that why in gods name are you charging peple to talk to customer service? Business practises and customer service are not very impressive right now?
There is no charge for speaking to customer service, nor is there a charge for asking questions. Charges apply if you ask them to make changes to your account which can be made for free through self serve.
