I just got my bill and it says my bill is $132. My current plan is $50 per month plus $5 of additional data. I had $50 of overage but I paid that already. I don't understand how I can go from $55 a month to being billed $132.

Here's the breakdown:
You changed your plan mid-month, resulting in additional prorated charges of $12.13 to cover the higher cost of the new plan.
In addition, there is a $50 charge for data overage. You say you paid for $50 in overage already, but it doesn't show here, which is quite possible if the payment was made less than about five days prior to your bill closing date of June 27.
Then there is the standard charge of $55 for your plans and add ons, which brings the total charges to $117.13.
Plus tax, that brings us to $132.36.

can the bill be reduced to not include the $50 in overage? because I paid that already. I don't want to pay for it again.

If you already paid it, then just omit $50 from your payment and it will be reflected on your next invoice

You will see in self-serve that the balance owijg on the front and centre of the page for self-serve should update to reflect what you still owe. I'm not sure how often it refreshes, but you can look to that but at the end of the day just do as Dennis said.
