bill paid through bank not yet received

I paid my bill via PC bank on Saturday, 4th of Oct 2014. My due date for bill payment is today. But, when I logged in and checked, it seems like the payment has not been done and the total outstanding amount is still the same. Since I paid money via the bank, will Koodo charge me extra in the next bill for the late payment as they haven't received it till now?

Simple explanation , Its because it takes 2-3 business days for a payment to post to your account, sat and sun aren't business days, it should be posted by wed the latest :)

Online banking could take 3 to 5 business days to process.
I would call Koodo *611 from your Koodo phone and let them know you already made payment through your bank.

I normally do what Mayumi suggested as it let's Koodo be aware that you've made the payment to your account already. Even though it hasn't shown as processed on your account, Koodos systems will be able to see when you sent in your payment.
