Bill higher than expected, travel package did not work.

Bill came in higher than expected - $41 in overages, though when the invoice is expanded it only shows $5 for 100mb of data. No further explanation. 

Also, I added a travel package but while I was away my texts would not send despite having full signal - is there someone I can talk to regarding a refund?

Looking at your account Sean, there is significant roaming usage. It seems you exceeded the amount of text included in the roaming pack and incurred additional charges from overages. 

That said, roaming service is never guaranteed with any carriers as the networks don't belong to us and we have no control over coverage or quality of service. 

On your invoice, the pdf you can download, page 3 has the detailed line item by line item detail on where the $41 comes from. Hope this helps!

Hi Bernard, thank you for taking a look. I had a look through my texts - the only way I could have possibly even approached 100 messages would be if messages that failed to send were included. Is that the case? Is there somewhere I can see a breakdown of text messages?

You should be able to view your usage for texts via self serve.
Keep in mind that a text is only 160 characters. If you send a text that is 161 it will be sent as 2 texts. Things like symbols and emojis can take up more than 1 character as well.
