Hello. Im using another company's phone service but u sent me a bill. When i bought my phone, first we tried koodo but it didn't compare with my phone. thays why im using another one. do i have to pay my bill? have a nice day...

Did you buy a phone and/or plan but cancel service within the 15 days buyer's remorse period? It will show a prorated amount of service for those days. If you're still confused, I recommend calling them. 1-866-995-6636
