Bill due notification

I'm no longer receiving text messages when my bill is due. Can this be reinstated or perhaps sending it by e-mail. Thanks.

Login to your self serve and double check to see if your notification that your invoice is ready is checked.

Its confusing but I think I found it.
It's a mix between the new and old self serve site. Note that I accessed this on a computer web browser

Overview>Spending Limit Program>Change Bill Type / Notification
Found it using my iPad! The text message notification was checked and yet didn't receive a text on April 16th. I've checked off for e-mail notification. Hopefully with the two checked off I will get some sort of notification.
