Bill clarification - URGENT

Hi, I was travelling around South America and I ensured my data was off but my phone bill is excessively high. Can't find any contact numbers to call so please let me know what number to call as I need answers.

Have you reviewed your PDF bill downloaded from Self-serve? It may answer some of your questions, and you will need to have it when you discuss it with a Koodo CSR. Thank you. I have already looked at the PDF bill breakdown and I'm still not sure why the bill is excessively high when I ensured data was turned off. I'm now back in australia so will have to sort this out ASAP and then cancel my account.
With this, what is the FASTEST method of contact?

Private message on Facebook. No long distance charges, no real issues with time zone, etc. Koodo can verify you through the Messaging service of Facebook, and address your questions from there.
