I have been trying to acess the site for 3 days now to print my phone bills. when will our site be up and running. my bill is due tomorrow and cannot print my bills

Also what exactly is the error you are getting?

Are you able to see the login page?
Does it fail after you enter your email and password?

Weird. I would call Koodo at this point since Everything is working with myself serve. *611 on your koodo cell. It's a free call

what about using the self serve app - it is odd that both of them are not working, unless it is a problem with your login information.
