Stop sending me bills...u have had meme in collections for months now. SSTOP SENDING ME A NEW BILL EVERY MONTH. U CANT CANCEL MY SERVICE AND THEN KEEP BILL ING ME.

Did you have a negative Tab balance? That would have to be settled.

Secondly, if you are still getting bills than your account wasn't cancelled. I think you need to contact customer service to have them sort it out since we can't access your account here. 1-866-995-6636. Good luck!

If you are in collections koodo will stop sending you bills. That's when the collections agency starts sending leg-breakers.

Very true Myke. Want to stop killing trees I'd suggest paying your bill so Koodo or the collection agency would stop mailing you. Doesn't help your credit score none if you were sent to collections already. :(

If you're in collections already you'll need to contact the collection agency and find out what the deal is. Of course if it's an error you'll need to contact Koodo by telephone and discuss it to getiit squared away.

We don't have access to your account here since most of us are just customers looking to be helpful.

But I understand your frustration and wish you luck getting it all resolved.
