big problem with my last payment

Hi! I want to ask for a payment inquiry, but the customer service line is very busy and I cannot call in. On December 19th, I tried to pay my E-bill with my credit card on Koodo website, but the website told me that the payment did not go through. Then I tried two more times using the same card, but the website still told me that my payment did not go through. So on the next day, I pay the bill with my debit successfully, and I receive the confirmation message from koodo telling me that I had paid the bill. But the transaction history of my bank account told me that my credit card paid the bill for three times ! I went to a koodo mobile to report my problem on December 23, and the staff told me that I am not the only one meeting this payment problem on December 19, so the staff helped me to call koodo to solve this problem, and asked me to go home to wait for a confirmation number for my payment investigation. But it has been a week now, I did not receive any confirmation number, and I don't get any response from koodo, I can not even call into customer service. what can I do?

@ Ai Yu, indeed a private message on Facebook is the best to look into this. We only received one payment though, so we might have to open a ticket to investigate with your visa card company.
