Better Selection of Android phones

How about Koodo start offering a far greater selection of Android phones instead of just mainly Samsung? Offering bargain basement phones was something Koodo needed when it first fired up but times have changed and consumers want more from their cell service provider than just cheap rates. The HTC One would be on the top of my list for you guys to offer. If your parent company Telus can offer it, why can't you?

Koodo is starting to offer more selections of phones, the htc desire 601 and nexus 5 are now available on koodo. I agree with you that samsung is sort of taking over, also the HTC one is an awesome device with that high res screen! As for the telus part, I'm guessing koodo doesn't have the same buying power as telus since koodo is its own company under the telus branch.

Can't exactly blame Samsung for producing the majority of the Android phones, since they have an exclusive contract with Google(I think).

Sadly the Nexus 5 is $149 more expensive than ordering from the Google Store. I'd wait the 3 weeks shipping delay to save the cash

I agree. Koodo gets the most popular ones.
I wish we could see some XPeria, perhaps the HTC ONE, The moto X!

The xperia Z1 which is watter resistant!
Why not to offer some other brands!

It might be a financial risk they don't want to take.

Look at the INQ 3G Chat & the INQ Cloud Chat. Both phones ended up being terrible and plagued with issues.

Don't bring up the INQ lol, I have my old INQ Chat live demo unit sitting on my desk and plan to take it to the rifle range lol. INQ was a nightmare that no one wants to relive.

But as mentioned, Koodo usually goes for the phones which they believe will sell really well. Its tough betting on phones and companies have made big investments on exclusive devices before that backfired (See Palm Pre or Motorola Atrix). But hopefully Koodo will keep the new devices coming and we will see some more options come. I know Im really glad to see the Nexus 5 and HTC.
